Why it is hard

Each post has eight possible values, so the seed space holds about 65,500 matches per starting draw, of which about 4,200 lie on the tick grid. The first post is on a round schedule time, so the launch can be up to 1.1 times three hours, 198 minutes, before it. That window alone holds about 23 chance matches, even if the boot were known to the millisecond.
