new Random(78575145), Next(10,80) per post. The RNG predicts N = 11; the post has N = 11 ✓. The seed is the machine's uptime in ms when the app started (boot 2016-02-10 10:40–11:40). - Conclusion. Filler. Structure and count are explained; the GUIDs are presumed filler like every decrypted post before the cutover.
