Explanation

  1. Read the length. 80 hex characters = 64 × 1 + 16, i.e. N = 1 GUIDs encrypted with 3DES plus one 8-byte padding block. Every post-cutover filler post has exactly this shape.
  2. Key unknown. The post-cutover key (2013-10-16 onwards) has not been found, so the GUIDs themselves cannot be read. Everything else about the post is accounted for.
  3. Explain the count. This post is draw 44 of Run 55 (seed 135,104,921): new Random(135104921), Next(0,184), then Next(0,124) from draw 193 per post. The RNG predicts N = 1; the post has N = 1 ✓. The seed is the machine's uptime in ms when the app started (boot 2013-11-14 10:28–11:28).
  4. Conclusion. Filler. Structure and count are explained; the GUIDs are presumed filler like every decrypted post before the cutover.
